RESULTS


Since 1994 more than 1600 specialists from the approximately 500 industrial and agricultural entities have gone through the Programme courses.



Local versions of the Cleaner Production Programme have been implementing at such enterprises as JSC "Pechenganickel"; The State Centre of atomic shipbuilding, Severodvinsk; JSC "Arkhangelsky PPM", Novodvinsk; JSC "Severstal", Cherepovets; JSC "Solombalsky PPM"; JSC "Segezhsky PPM"; JSC "Petrozavodskmash", "Norilsky Nickel" MMP; Chemical enterprise in Kirovo-Chepetsk, and others.





Examples of ecological effects achieved as a result of implementing the Cleaner Production Programme at 30 enterprises in reducing water and electric power consumption, reducing solid waste and atmospheric emission of harmful substances and dust


The business plans for 24 projects have been drawn up within the framework of financial engineering.

Fifteen projects have been accepted by the Investment committee of NEFCO for financing.

RNCPC has established partnership and cooperation with the domestic and international ecological organizations.

RNCPC has close contacts with the state fund SND1 set up by Norway for investing to the North-Western region of Russia, Danish Programme "Green City", as well as UNIDO2, UNEP3, OECD4 and other Russian and foreign ecological organizations
