"POLLUTION PREVENTION PAYS"
The basic principle of the Programme lies in the process of searching for a way to reduce environmental adverse impact of the production it is necessary to solve the problem of optimization taking into consideration simultaneously economic and environment parameters

"FROM THE OUTSET-OF-PIPE SOLUTION"
Figuratively speaking, the true causes of environment problems occurring should be attacked at their sources (from the outset-of-pipe, where the waste products are generated) and not at the mouth, i.e. its end (where they are accumulated)

"FROM ENGINEER TO ENGINEER"
This principle means a system to transmit knowledge laid into the Programme. I.e. the environmental experience is brought to the enterprise not invited specialists, but its own engineers and technicians who disseminate it among their colleagues

"CONTINUOUS AND GRADUAL"
In other words, this principle can be called as a "cleaner production" principle since it consists of that in the process of training within the framework of the Programme a specialist makes though small, but real steps on the way to the increase of the production cleanness
